Vicky joined 51¶¯ÂþÍøUK in January 2020 as one of the charity’s first UK staff members.

Having grown up in Newcastle and graduated from the University of Manchester, Vicky started out as an intern in the fundraising team at international charity Hope for Children. Over the years she took on various roles, eventually managing the charity’s various public income streams.

Since 2020, Vicky has helped grow fundraising income at 51¶¯ÂþÍøUK, managing relationships with numerous donors, corporates and institutional funders. Having learned the effectiveness of Rainforest Trust’s work, she is driven to ensure every donor understands the impact of their giving, and that protecting tropical ecosystems is one of the most important things we can do to secure a liveable future.
